Reviews
I arrived at airport after midnight.
* I appreciated that when I called for the courtesy bus pickup,
it arrived within 5 minutes. 👍
* i was happy with my accommodation 👍
* I enjoyed my buffet breakfast @ $30.. 👍
* I especially loved sitting poolside,
and had access to cold beverages and food during the day. 👍
* I will look forward to being a return customer in the coming weeks. 🙌🏽
I WOULD SUGEST MANAGEMENT To Please:
* offer guests courtesy bottled water on check in at reception.
They had an empty water jug in my room,
but
I never drink water unless I know it’s been well managed and sealed. 👎
(It was SO Hot and Humid & I was in NEED of water and had not a drop)
Also something to be mindful of
IF
you are reading this review:
The room I stayed in was upstairs and there was
NO LIFT. 👎
I am mature age,
so lugging my suitcase up the stairs was a tad exhausting after a 18 hours of travel.
(temp 33/humidity at 89 percent at after midnight 🥵)
If The manager reads this .. probably will say “Thank you” for your positive feedback and we will look into your suggestion’s..
Time For Action in my opinion🙃.
You basically go to reception to book in &
Then you have to fend for yourself.
My room was
1) A descent distance away from reception
2) Room not easy to find
(3) I then had to get up stairs on my own.
I personally would suggest they trouble shoot this “big inconvenient issue” with a courtesy buggy ride to room with courtesy water.
This could easily be rectified with golf buggy shuttle to your room.
All in All:
A good location,
Good/friendly service
Clean room
Good value when I travelled 🤗
Check in was 45min late as room hadn't been 'released' by cleaners. We received a few free drinks while we waited. Bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were awesome, although the new one was only suitable for night swimming as there was no shade during the day. It was gorgeous at night. We will stay longer next time.
Paid the $30 to laze by the pool on a Saturday afternoon. It was by no means packed, probably 1/4 capacity which was good. Terrific venue but…….waited between 10-15 minutes for a drink (limited staff who were doing their best) with long lines of punters, and about an hour for a plate of loaded fries. I felt frustrated for the staff. Great idea but the roster manager needs to reassess!!
Great service from the staff, we felt very welcomed. The newly renovated room was clean and comfortable. The new pool is a fantastic feature.
Family staycation for the holiday break. The rooms were a good size & spacious, clean and comfortable. Located next to two swimming pools & good restaurant & a gym. The customer service was 5 star & looked after us well. I can’t wait to come back & highly recommend.
Old rooms, need to be refurbished, pool side it was clean but also old with damaged wall , success and floor of the pool. Never asked for another room until then. Bathroom was not cleaned at all, urine and hair at the front side of the …
Stay over for two nights, rooms very out dated and air conditioning wasn’t working. You would think every thing would be checked out beforehand. In saying this we stayed here about six years ago and it was excellent.
The new block and new pool was nicely furnished and pleasant.
Staff were generally helpful.
Special mention goes to Raj from Nepal who is a Concierge staff. He is …
